WHICH TYPE OF SESSION IS BETTER FOR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN?
I recommend in home sessions for families with young children, and for newborns. It is an easier experience for small ones to be in an environment they are used to. Studio sessions are better suited for age 4 onwards. But if you still prefer studio sessions with young children, I will be delighted to have you over. We’ll make sure to adapt to your childrens’ flow. If you cannot decide which one is the better option for your family, I’m happy to discuss it with you.
DO YOU OFFER NEW BORN SESSIONS?
I do offer newborn sessions as a part of my family shoots and I recommend in home sessions for newborns. I don’t use props or wrap newborns in a way that you might see with other newborn shoots. I find that this works much better for my style of photography and is also safer for the newborns.
HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
You will receive your photos in an online password protected gallery.
HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR PRINTS?
Print orders can be picked up from the studio. If your order is time sensitive, for instance a gift for a birthday, it is a good idea to make sure you place it one month in advance.
DO YOU PUT OUR FAMILY PHOTOS ONLINE?
I would love to use photos from our session to show off the work that I am proud of. However, I understand if you feel differently and I wouldn’t show your family in any recognizable way without your written consent.
CAN YOU CUSTOM TAILOR A SESSION FOR US?
Atelier 34 sessions are pretty flexible with different collection options but if you feel like you are looking for something more, I would love to hear about your ideas and needs. Please get in touch with me and we’ll see how we can come up with a session that’s just right for you.
WHAT IS YOUR WEATHER POLICY?
If we have agreed on an outdoor session and the weather has not been accommodating, we can move the session to the studio/to your home.
