I discovered photography at the age of 12 in Paris while visiting my uncle, an award winning photographer. He gave me my first camera, as well as my first lessons in what makes a good photograph. Robert Frank and his American road trips, Annie Leibovitz’s gritty portraits, and Belgian Art Nouveau architecture, like that of my studio, inspire my photography.
